“I wanted to do something for the community while I fulfill my entrepreneur passion, that’s when I thought about a job portal for women (back from long career breaks) and underrepresented minorities and She Jobs happened”
Anything is possible by being very disciplined while spending (with bare minimum) and working”
“Whatever I learn I invest back in the start-up ideas I had, it all my entrepreneur passion”

“Usually it is women who always sacrifices her career for the family, but when they want to get back to work they are not offered a fair pay/position”
“Currently, organizations don’t have intact returnship programs. Customization of diversity programs is not yet present in organizations even though different layers of diversity are to be addressed differently.”
