AWS S3 GLACIER provides you the facility to achieve data from a few minutes to several hours. S3 Glacier Deep Archive gives you two options ranging from 12 to 48 hours.

Bulk retrieval is the lowest cost storage option that returns a large amount of data in 5-12 hours. The Amazon S3 glacier deep archive gives two retrieval options ranging from 12 to 48 hours.
  2. Unparalleled scalability and durability: These AWS services run on the largest global cloud infrastructure. Data is distributed among a minimum of 3 physical locations that are separated within an AWS region. It helps in achieving high durability and scalability.
  3. Unmatched security and compliance capability: These AWS storage classes can be integrated with AWS Cloudtrail to log, monitor, and retain API call activities. It helps in auditing and encrypting. These classes support various standard and compliance certificates too. Amazon S3 Object Lock integrates with the storage classes to satisfy compliance requirements for almost every regulatory agency in the world.
